科研經曆

當前我國供水安全形勢嚴峻,其中消毒副産物濃度超标和水源突發污染頻發問題十分突出。本人面向國家重大需求和國際前沿熱點,重視科學研究與工程應用的融合,确定研究方向為飲用水水質化學風險控制,主要包括消毒副産物控制和應急供水。

主要創新性學術成果是:

(1)開發了新興消毒副産物亞硝胺的前體物解析和控制技術

針對強緻癌物亞硝胺,識别出我國存在較高的飲用水亞硝胺新興消毒副産物風險Water Res., 2016),引起了國内外的廣泛關注。首次開發了基于極性快速分析法(PRAM)的亞硝胺前體物解析技術Water Res., 2014),揭示了亞硝胺前體物的基本結構特性:同時具有正電性和非極性,該方法具有針對性強、操作簡便、質控可靠等優點,有望成為一項通用研究工具。根據前體物解析研究結果,測試了常規工藝對亞硝胺及其前體物的去除特性(Sci. Tot. Environ., 2013; 2019),研究确定了臭氧-(生物)活性炭是現階段的消毒副産物最佳可行控制技術,可同時控制亞硝胺、三鹵甲烷和鹵乙酸(J. AWWA, 2014; 2015; 2017),揭示了不同工藝去除前體物的機理Water Res., 2015);研究了亞硝胺前體物的生物降解過程(Chemosphere, 2015; J. AWWA, 2015);開發了順序氯化消毒技術,可安全高效地實現對微生物和三鹵甲烷、鹵乙酸、亞硝胺等消毒副産物的綜合控制(Biomed. & Env. Sci., 2006, 2007; J. AWWA, 2017; Sep. & Purif. Tech., 2018)。首次開發了基于陽離子交換的前體物處理技術和濃縮工具J. Env. Sci., 2017);發現黑臭水體存在較高亞硝胺前體物,識别出福美鋅等新型亞硝胺前體物(Chemosphere, 2016),為應對亞硝胺風險和篩查風險污染物提供了技術儲備(Accounts Chem. Res., 2019)。在國際上首次提出并驗證了微生物代謝水中含氮物質産生亞硝胺前體物的新機制,估算該機制可貢獻我國水源水中約38 %的亞硝胺前體物(Water Res., 2020)。

(2)建立了應對突發水污染的自來水廠應急淨化處理技術體系

與張曉健教授合作建立了城市供水應急處理技術體系,該體系包括活性炭吸附、化學沉澱、氧化/還原、強化消毒、曝氣吹脫和藻類綜合處理等6類關鍵技術,覆蓋飲用水标準中絕大部分100多種污染物(Environ. Sci. & Technol., 2011; Accounts Chem. Res., 2019);率先獲得了數十種有機污染物的活性炭吸附特性,首次突破了自來水廠應對重金屬嚴重超标水源水的化學沉澱處理技術和應對揮發性污染物的曝氣吹脫技術;初步建立了有機物的應急吸附、吹脫性能的預測模型SAR & QSAR in Environ. Res. 2015; J. Environ. Sci., 2016,JES outstanding publication award);與其他單位合作開發了應急處理導試水廠、移動式應急藥劑投加系統等關鍵設備。研究藻類死亡過程中硫醇硫醚類惡臭物質的釋放機理,為太湖水危機事故原因判斷、高藻水處理技術開發提供依據(J. Hat. Mat., 2010,2011-2017高被引論文)。在北京、天津、廣州、杭州、東莞、青島、平湖等地開展了大量的管網水質穩定性研究工作,參與了2008年北京黃水問題的應急處理研究,為2019年杭州市千島湖調水工程的順利實施提供了管網化學穩定性方面的技術支持。在國内外首次開發了基于電化學信号的管網腐蝕結垢狀态在線監測技術,受到國内外同行的關注。在應急技術的系統性和理論深度、處理對象的覆蓋範圍、工藝實施的快速高效和穩定性等方面獲得了重大突破,經鑒定達到國際領先水平。參與了2005年松花江硝基苯污染、2007年無錫太湖水危機、2008年汶川地震、2012年廣西龍江河镉污染、2014年蘭州自來水苯超标、2015年天津港爆炸事故、2015年廣元應對銻污染應急供水、2018年河南南陽淇河污染等重大事件應急工作,多次擔任住建部、環保部和各級政府的專家組成員,大大提高了供水行業面對水源突發污染事故時的應急處理能力。

負責國家級課題多項(水專項、科技支撐計劃、國家自然基金項目),指導了多座大型示範工程的建設,應急供水保障能力達到715萬m3/d,研究成果被《人民日報》、央視、《科技日報》、《中國環境報》、《南方周末》等媒體多次報道。

現任生态環境部應急專家組成員,全國檢察機關環境公益訴訟技術專家,四川省、新疆維吾爾自治區環境應急專家組成員,國際水協(IWA)戰略委員會委員、IWA消毒專業委員會主席、IWA水環境嗅味專業委員會委員、IWA新冠疫情工作組成員,中國環境科學學會高級會員,中國環境誘變劑學會暴露組學專委會委員(青年副主委),中國海洋學會海水資源利用專業委員會常務委員,中國深度處理研究會理事等職務。曾獲2018年國家科技進步二等獎(第6位)、2015年環境保護科技進步一等獎(第10位)、山東省科技進步二等獎(第4位)、2014年華夏建設科技三等獎(第2位)、2009年華夏建設科技二等獎(第3位),受邀成為國際消毒副産物領域頂尖會議Gordon DBP Conference 2015年、2019年會議的Discussion Leader和2017年會議的特邀發言人,2018年IWA D&DBP conference大會組委會主席和特邀發言人,在2017年香山科學會議、2017年東方科技論壇上做大會報告。
